hey!

I’m Jen Hachiya.

and I believe we are lost without connection.

community manager &
behavioural strategist

I was born in France, raised across North America and Europe.

This means that I’ve met lots of people from different backgrounds and cultures.

It also means that I’ve learned from a young age that community is everything.

It’s what makes us, human beings, not lose our sense of direction (and our minds!)

From start to finish, Jen was punctual, professional, and polite. We had open discussion on differences of opinions that helped tighten my stories.
— Angela McKenna

I specialise in designing genuine, human-centred digital spaces that build trust, foster meaningful engagement, and nurture real connection.

I love working on projects where my skills are challenged, I can learn something new, and make a difference :)

And, as a native polyglot and multidisciplinary professional, I bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical expertise.

But don’t let that intimidate you!

I’m a specialist at simplifying difficult concepts, and turning big ideas into executable tasks.

Jen’s meticulous attention to detail stood out. I highly recommend her for any project that demands a dynamic and culturally attuned professional.

In a present full of mudane automation, and bot engagement, I believe more and more that genuine community building is the only way forward for humanity to thrive.

If you believe it too, hire me :)

No more fake engagement & directionless communities.

Let’s create something real, and lasting.

Better than the average professional. Spends too long working and not enough time petting my hairy belly.
